Products are generally dispatched within 24 hours of your order, or the same day for any order placed before 8:00 p.m.

Delivery orders are delivered within 4 to 9 working days (Monday to Friday).

To track your order, Your tracking number is available by clicking on the “view my order” link You will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note : Tracking is displayed approximately 4 days after dispatch.

After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email and then a second informing you that your order has been sent.

Please monitor the tracking of your order, sometimes your order is waiting at the post office, however the delivery notice may not be present in your mailbox.

Good to know: The post office keeps your package for 15 days, after which it is returned to the sender, and you will then be asked for compensation in order to re-ship your order.

When you order, you have two hours to cancel your order, via our contact form in the section, once this period has passed, a refund can only be made upon full receipt of your order at our premises.
